Our products have been designed with high quality technical materials such as polylactic acid ( 100% biodegradable ) and thermoplastic polyurethane, each with specific properties that combine aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.

GENERAL CARE

To ensure durability and maintain its impeccable appearance, we recommend following these guidelines:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to heat (do not exceed 50°C)

• Do not wash with hot water. Clean with a damp cloth only.

• Do not use dishwasher, dryer or microwave

• Store in cool, dry places, away from direct sunlight

• Avoid strong blows or twisting, especially on thin parts

General care of the inner bag :

· Washing machine safe

· Cold wash (max. 30 °C)

· Delicate program or without spin

SHIPPING

Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping is free on orders over €50. For purchases below this amount, the system will automatically calculate the corresponding cost, which you can review at checkout.

All our products have an express shipping option, the cost of which must be covered by the customer. This option, along with the rest of the available shipping methods, will be detailed before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times for in-stock products:

Spain: 2-5 days
Europe: 10-15 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, holidays, logistics issues, etc.). Delivery times apply to orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

Order Processing:
