Shipping and Duties

At BOLIUM BAGS, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, quickly, and without unexpected costs.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to the entire Spanish territory (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), the United Kingdom, and most European countries.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over €50. For purchases below this amount, the system will automatically calculate the corresponding cost, which you can review at checkout.

All our products include an express shipping option, the cost of which must be covered by the customer. This option, along with all other available shipping methods, will be detailed before completing your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times for In-Stock Products

  • Spain: 2-5 days
  • Europe: 10-15 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, holidays, logistics issues, etc.). Delivery times apply to orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

4. Order Processing

Standard processing times for in-stock items range between 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

For pre-order items, processing time may take between 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check its real-time status.

6. Customs and International Duties

BOLIUM BAGS is not responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees associated with international orders.


EU orders: Our products include VAT, which is paid by the customer. An invoice can be provided upon request.

Customs duties and taxes: Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in the destination country. These costs vary depending on the value and type of items shipped and must be paid in accordance with local customs regulations.

Import requirements: Customers must be aware of their country’s import requirements, which may include restrictions on certain products, special licenses, or additional documentation for customs clearance. Failure to comply may result in delays or seizure of shipments by customs authorities.

Risks and losses: In the event of customs clearance or international transport issues such as delays, retention, or losses, the customer assumes full responsibility. No order refunds will be issued in these cases.If you refuse delivery of a package, you will still be responsible for the customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred during shipment. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. Returned products are not eligible for a refund of related customs fees or taxes.

7. Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team at info@boliumbags.com so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Please note that any claims related to delivery must be made within 15 business days after the package has been delivered.
